During the craziness of the harsh lock-down rules here in South Africa due to Covid19, creating this video for Sakura gave me peace and creative focus. I am so very grateful for this.
Sakura sent me 2 beautiful photographs that I effected using the amazing VDMX VJ Software, I then further effected things in AfterEffects and edited the video in Premiere. I so enjoyed the experience of creating all of this from 2 images alone and seeing how far I can push generative effects and distortions.

This track is on Sakura’s new EP ‘Made of Air’ released from Tokyo to the wide world on the 30th of June.
